Another change has taken place. The public notes have changed. They are now in the following format:
MainCharacterName Spec Prof1/Prof2
You can sort them by the note to group people's characters together.
The abbreviations for the professions are as follows:
Alchemy = Alc
Blacksmithing = Blk
Enchanting = Enc
Engineering = Eng
Herbalism = Hrb
Jewelcrafting = Jwl
Leatherworking = Lw
Mining = Min
Skinning = Skn
Tailoring = Tai
If you make a long term respec or change your professions, you MUST send Rivalen an in-game message with the change. This will help the officers keep track of who can do what, as well as keep the guild notes up to date.
Officers: If you invite someone to the guild, you are responsible for adding the Public Note according to the format we have already laid out.
